Location: Fort Worth, TX
Pay: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Evening-Night Shift | Some Weekends | Full-Time

Position Summary

Ragle Inc. is seeking a reliable and self-motivated Heavy Equipment Fuel & Lube Mechanic to support our field operations. This position is responsible for fueling, lubricating, inspecting, and performing preventive maintenance on heavy construction equipment, trucks, and support vehicles.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fuel heavy equipment, trucks, and support vehicles
  • Perform routine greasing and lubrication of equipment components
  • Complete scheduled preventive maintenance according to manufacturer specifications
  • Perform oil and filter changes, fluid checks, and top-offs
  • Inspect equipment for leaks, wear, damage, and potential repair needs
  • Monitor engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid, DEF, transmission, and differential fluids
  • Maintain accurate fuel, lubricant, and service records
  • Report equipment concerns and needed repairs to the maintenance team
  • Maintain a clean and safe fuel/lube truck and work area
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Class A or B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker (X) endorsement required
  • Clean driving record
  • 2+ years of heavy equipment maintenance experience
  • Must provide personal hand tools required for preventive maintenance
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Dependable with consistent attendance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills preferred
  • Ability to work early mornings, overtime, and occasional weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and meet the physical requirements of the position
