HVAC - Technician 1

Tech 1 – Helper / Apprentice

Experience: 0–12 months in HVAC (or trade school only)
Pay:
$18–$22/hr (depending on schooling and experience)

Who this is for

Apply as a Tech 1 if:

• You are not yet ready to answer service calls alone in a truck 
• You have little to no real‑world HVAC experience, or mostly school/shop time 
• You want to learn the trade the right way on a Gold Collar Championship Team

What you’ll do

• Ride with senior techs on installs and service calls 
• Learn basics of diagnostics, maintenance, and customer service 
• Build the skills and reps needed to move to Tech 2

If you’ve never led installs or run service calls by yourself, you are a Tech 1.
