Inside Sales/Administrative

 

We are a Fort Worth based company that specializes in the fabrication of USDA and FDA food processing equipment and food processing solutions. We provide equipment to some of the largest food processors in the United States. This gives us the ability to design, fabricate and install custom equipment our employment of full-time engineering staff, machinists, machine operators, welders and assembly personnel is vital to the success of ICF. In addition, we have several machines including lasers, water jets, press brakes, CNC lathes and mills along with other pieces of supporting equipment that allow ICF to preform processes onsite. 
 
 A qualified candidate would need to possess the qualifications:

 

·         Experience with ADP for payroll and assisting employees with time tracking

·         Create or Compose Customer Proposals and follow up with customers

·         Placing orders for components and tracking to meet timeframes

·         Professionally answer phones 

·         Communicate with team to eventually familiarize yourself with equipment and components and how they work together.  Learn the steps of work in progress. 

·         Track jobs to make sure down payment and progressive payments have been made.

·         Arrange both outbound and inbound shipping via Pronto.  

·         Order basic office and shop supplies

·         Have organizational skills along with time management
