Job DetailsJob Location: Christ Chapel Bible Church - FORT WORTH - Fort Worth, TX 76107Position Type: Full TimeRole’s Mission:   The Pastoral and Front Office Administrative Assistant supports the Fort Worth Campus by providing warm, organized, and people-oriented ministry coordination for adults seeking care, pastoral connection, benevolence assistance, or discipleship-related next steps. This role shares front office responsibilities while helping maintain a dependable care response process through timely follow-up, clear communication, accurate tracking, and appropriate connection to Campus Ministers, Care Shepherds, groups, classes, or ministry partners. Some specific duties include: Answer main-line phone calls or online inquires with Christ Chapel with warmth, professionalism, and helpfulness. Coordinate with other front office staff so responsibilities are clear and coverage is dependable. Help ensure timely personal follow-up for adults seeking care, pastoral connection, ministry guidance, or discipleship-related next steps. Conduct brief, warm, and relational first-contact conversations as assigned. Provide administrative, communication, meeting, and follow-up support to the Fort Worth Campus Minister team. Attend selected meetings where administrative support, ministry coordination, or shared shepherding context would be helpful. Proactively coordinate with Campus Ministers and front office staff regarding people who may need particular follow-up, pastoral connection, or next-step support prior to major ministry events. Christ Chapel’s Mission: “To stretch every involved person from the threshold of their spiritual pilgrimage toward becoming a fully-developing follower of Christ.”  (Col 1:28-29). Role’s Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the Executive Minister of the Fort Worth Campus, with regular ministry coordination and support provided to the Fort Worth Campus Minister team. Role Details: Full-time | Non-Exempt | Hourly  QualificationsRole’s Requirements: Character- Must be a Christian Must be living an “above reproach” lifestyle as outlined in the Christ Chapel Employee Handbook Calling- Must be committed to and supportive of the authority of the Elders, the pastoral staff, and the philosophy and direction of the church both in public and in private Must work scheduled hours each week as unto the Lord Must be a faithful steward of your work and time, with awareness that Christ Chapel employees are paid from the tithes and offerings of others Competency-    If a believer receives only one gift (1 Pet 4:10), then the ideal candidate has the spiritual gift of administration.  (Rom 12; 1 Cor 12; Eph 4; 1 Pet 4) Other roles in alignment with position responsibilities are: Service Hospitality Discernment Chemistry- Must be dependable, humble and approachable Must be able to get along with other ministries within the church Must be able to receive direction and correction - a joy to supervise Must be flexible and adaptable Must have a servant attitude Role’s Preferences: Education: Associate-level degree or equivalent ministry/administrative experience preferred. Experience:  At least three years of experience in a ministry, administrative, volunteer coordination, or people-facing support role preferred. Experience working in a social work, counseling center, church or ministry environment preferred. Experience supporting pastors, ministry leaders, or executive-level staff preferred. Experience handling confidential or sensitive information preferred. Experience coordinating volunteers, care requests, benevolence needs, classes, groups, or ministry events preferred. Familiarity with Rock RMS or another church database preferred.
