Physical Therapist (PT) - Ortho/Oncology/Lymphedema

Outpatient

 

Hours: Full Time

 

Compensation depends upon candidate’s years of experience and internal equity.

 Salary Range: $80,080.00- $108,804.80

 

 

BSW Fort Worth Carter is seeking a full time Physical Therapist with a passion for treating a variety of general orthopedic and oncology diagnoses, including lymphedema. Our multi-disciplinary clinic offers PT, OT, and ST in an environment that encourages teamwork and clinician development. The ideal candidate will be a flexible self-starter, team player with excellent communication skills to facilitate interactions with vendors and referral sources. Oupatient ortho experience required, lymphedema experience and/or certification strongly preferred.

 

Seize the opportunity to join our highly trained and respected ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation program team, which provides rehabilitative services to help improve the quality of life for people affected by cancer. Our ReVital team provides the necessary education and training for therapists invested in treating our diverse patient population. Completion required within the first year of employment.

ReVital is an innovative oncology rehabilitation program offered exclusively by Select Medical. Our vision is to establish comprehensive cancer rehabilitation as a standard of care for people affected by cancer. Our network of 900+ specially trained, multidisciplinary therapists work closely with oncologists and people affected by cancer to create personalized rehabilitation plans.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties
  • Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing PTs
  • Complete and maintain required trainings
  • Maintain compliance with government regulations
  • Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
  • Current Physical Therapy State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
  • CPR required
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience (student rotations considered)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cancer rehabilitation interest/experience
  • Lymphedema experience and/or certification (student rotations considered)
