Role Overview
Position: Order Selector / Reach Truck Operator
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6PM - 2:30PM
Key Responsibilities
Equipment Operation: Safely operate order selectors and reach trucks to maneuver through warehouse racking.
Order Picking: Accurately pick products for customer orders and prepare them for shipment.
Pallet Preparation: Stack cases, apply stretch wrap, and weigh pallets according to shipping requirements.
Accuracy & Quality: Conduct thorough checks of all orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and remain on your feet for the duration of the shift.
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience operating lift equipment (Reach Truck/Order Picker) is required.
Detail-Oriented: A high level of attention to detail is essential for processing large LTL orders.
Technical Skills: Experience with RF guns is considered a strong plus.
Dependability: We need reliable team members who are ready to hit the ground running with a new team.
