Additionally, candidates should have a total of 500+ residential service calls, with at least 250 run independently.
This role is ideal for those ready to handle service calls and perform routine maintenance with minimal supervision.

Tech 2 – Developing Service Technician

Experience: 6–24 months verifiable HVAC field experience
Pay:
$22–$28/hr (depending on experience)

Minimum requirements

You should have:

15+ residential installs total
- Led at least 5+ of those as the primary installer
500+ residential service calls total
- At least 250+ of those run on your own (not just riding along)
Install experience can be partially offset if you’ve run 500+ solo service calls
