The Barista will prepare quality coffee and specialty beverages while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced campus café environment. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and other specialty beverages Follow recipes and proper portion standards for all beverages Provide friendly and professional customer service Greet customers and take orders accurately Operate the POS system and process customer transactions Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked coffee station Restock coffee, cups, lids, syrups, milk, and other supplies Prepare grab-and-go food and beverage items as needed Clean and sanitize espresso machines, equipment, counters, and work areas Monitor product quality and freshness Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures Assist with opening and closing duties Work efficiently during busy breakfast and lunch periods Assist other team members as needed What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing great drinks and excellent service.
