WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Massage Therapist at Hiatus, you'll deliver five-star, restorative experiences that reflect what makes Hiatus different, and help build the kind of guest relationships that keep members coming back for years.

• Provide consistent, professional therapeutic massage with expertise, compassion, and genuine attention to detail

• Deliver an outstanding spa experience through a warm, friendly, and nurturing approach with every guest

• Share expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations that support each guest's wellness journey

• Educate guests on the benefits of regular massage and introduce them to additional services, enhancements, and retail offerings

• Build and grow a loyal clientele while promoting our member referral and guest programs

• Champion the Hiatus mission, culture, and philosophy in every interaction

• Maintain a clean, welcoming treatment room: restocking supplies and sanitizing copper foot basins per TDLR requirements between every service

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• An active Texas Massage Therapy License (required)

• 6+ months of experience in a spa or massage environment preferred

• A warm, luxury-level approach to customer service

• Authorization to work in the United States

• Availability on evenings and weekends preferred

• A team player with a genuine growth mindset — someone excited to learn, improve, and rise with us

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Hourly Rate: $27.00–$62.00, commission and performance-based with monthly bonus opportunities, plus a guaranteed $14/hour when not in service for your first 90 days.
