The Grill Cook will be responsible for preparing fresh, high-quality food while providing fast and friendly service in a busy campus café environment. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM Responsibilities Prepare and cook burgers, chicken, breakfast items, sandwiches, and other grill menu items Operate flat-top grills and other commercial kitchen equipment safely Prepare food according to recipes, portion standards, and customer orders Set up and stock the grill station before service Maintain proper food temperatures and follow food safety procedures Keep the grill, cooking equipment, and surrounding work area clean and sanitized Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift Follow proper food handling, labeling, rotation, and storage procedures Communicate with team members to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time Assist with food preparation and other kitchen duties as needed Complete opening and closing responsibilities Provide friendly and professional customer service What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in preparing great food, and works well as part of a team.
