We’re a growing, local, family-owned company that cares about our customers and our employees just as much. Good with your hands and ready to learn more? We’re looking for a dependable apprentice with some basic home repair or construction experience who wants to grow into a skilled craftsman.
You don’t need to know everything, that’s why “apprentice” is in the title.
What you’ll do
- Work alongside experienced craftsmen on home repairs and remodeling projects.
- Learn carpentry, drywall repair, painting, trim, flooring, and basic installations.
- Help with job setup, materials, cleanup, and safe tool use.
- Handle basic tasks as your skills develop.
- Use our mobile app to check job details, share photos, and update the office.
What we’re looking for
- Some experience with tools, home repairs, construction, or remodeling. You don’t need experience in every trade.
- Someone who shows up on time, follows directions, and asks questions.
- Respect for customers, their homes, and your teammates.
- A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone.
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting materials and using ladders safely.
Taking pride in your work includes cleaning up after yourself. Unfortunately, drywall dust does not relocate itself.
