What You’ll Do

As a Sanitation Technician, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the facility to support food safety, employee safety, and operational excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing sanitation and cleaning activities throughout the facility. 
  - Ensuring designated production and non-production areas are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition. 
  - Removing flour accumulation through blow-down and vacuuming procedures. 
  - Cleaning and maintaining break rooms, restrooms, and other assigned areas. 
  - Emptying trash and recycling containers. 
  - Operating sanitation-related equipment and facility equipment such as pallet jacks and straight trucks. 
  - Following all GMP, OSHA, HACCP, GFSI, FSMA, food safety, sanitation, and company safety requirements while maintaining an audit-ready facility.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. 
  - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work assignments. 
  - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. 
  - Ability to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities. 
  - Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety. 
  - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
