We are in need for a Full-Time Parts Counter person at our Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership in Franklin. Under the direction of the Parts Manager, the Parts Counter person will own the job duties listed below:

Responsibilities

• Assists all customers in selecting required parts in a friendly and professional manner
• Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information
• Pulls and fills orders from stock
• Follows up on back-ordered parts
• Replenishes assigned inventory daily
• Drive/Deliver parts as needed 
• Makes sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service order
• Issues and tracks requested shop tools to technicians
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Chevrolet dealership experience preferred!
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Detail-Oriented
• Focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Excellent communication skills
