Maintenance Technician

We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Schedule

Must be able to work any shift. This position operates on a 12-hour staggered rotating schedule, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot and repair production equipment with minimal supervision
  • Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
  • Complete basic welding and fabrication repairs
  • Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
  • Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
  • Assist with equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projects
  • Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and proper PPE requirements
  • Document completed maintenance work
  • Train and support new team members as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

  • Industrial maintenance experience preferred
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Basic welding and fabrication experience
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to safety and quality
