Premier Door, Frame & Hardware is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Project Manager / Estimator to join our team on-site in Malvern, PA. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong experience in Division 8 Commercial Doors, Frames, Hardware, and the ability to confidently read and interpret architectural plans.
What You’ll Do
- Develop new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships
- Manage projects from initial estimating through final installation
- Prepare detailed takeoffs for hardware, hollow metal, and wood doors
- Support end-user aftermarket sales
- Communicate directly with customers via phone, email, and occasional job site visits
- Plan, track, and meet project schedules and deadlines
- Ensure projects stay within budget while meeting scope requirements
- Perform additional duties as needed to support team and business goals
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in Division 8 Commercial Doors, Frames, and Hardware
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Customer-focused with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Travel to other Tague/Customer locations is required
- Pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license
- Work on-site, Monday - Friday in Malvern, PA
