Production Team Member – Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

A local company is looking to add dependable and motivated individuals to their Production Team! This is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady, full-time work with the potential to be hired on permanently. The facility is climate-controlled, providing a comfortable working environment year-round.

Requirements:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to bend, twist, reach, and stand for extended periods of time
• Must be dependable and able to maintain good attendance
• Previous production or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:45 PM
Starting Pay: $14.50 per hour

2nd Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:30 PM
Starting Pay: $15.50 per hour

This is a Temp-to-Perm position with an expected 30–90 day probationary period. Once hired permanently, employees can receive regular pay raises and have the opportunity to continue growing with the company.
