Job Summary:
 The Install Crew Member plays a critical role in supporting the delivery and installation of rental equipment to ensure successful event execution. This position involves loading and unloading vehicles or trucks with equipment, following client contracts and supervisor instructions, and assisting with pulling and placing rental items according to the Lead’s directions. The role is suitable for individuals new to installation, with limited experience, and offers opportunities to progress through training and skill development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and Unloading: Safely and efficiently load and unload vehicles/trucks with full or partial equipment loads as outlined in client contracts.
• Equipment Handling: Assist with pulling rental equipment from inventory, ensuring the correct items are selected and accounted for.
• On-Site Installation: Place rental equipment at event sites as directed by the Lead, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Cross-Training: Participate in cross-training activities to develop skills in other areas of installation and operations.
• Team Support: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth delivery and setup of events, following company standards and safety protocols.
• Customer Focus: Represent the company professionally while on-site, providing excellent service to clients as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Entry-level; suitable for individuals new to the installation field with limited experience.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy equipment as part of daily responsibilities.
• Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills and a willingness to learn from supervisors and team members.
• Dependability: Punctual, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality service.

Work Environment:

• This position requires working outdoors, in various weather conditions, and during non-standard hours as needed, including evenings and weekends.
