What You'll Do
As an Acrylic Bath Installer, you will be responsible for the professional installation of bath and shower systems while ensuring quality workmanship and complete customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Complete bathroom remodeling projects efficiently and professionally
- Perform demolition, carpentry, trim carpentry, and installation work
- Follow established installation procedures and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate professionally and courteously with homeowners
- Educate customers on proper care and maintenance of their new bath system
- Take project photos and complete required paperwork accurately
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and installation materials
- Ensure every installation meets company and customer expectations
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of bathroom remodeling, carpentry, trim carpentry, or residential renovation experience
- Strong measuring and layout skills using tape measures, levels, and other basic tools
- Experience using power tools, including drills, saws, and jigsaws
- Basic plumbing knowledge preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively
