Medical Receptionist

We are looking to hire a MEDICAL Receptionist for a busy Urology Office! MUST HAVE MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST EXPERIENCE.

This position is responsible for greeting, checking in/out, scheduling and directing patients. Complete forms needed for x-ray scheduling, urodynamics and CT. Collects co-payments/outstanding balances at the time of visit. Scans ID's/insurance cards, updates insurance changes and patient demographics. You will be checking in/out 40-50 patients a day.

1. Provides exceptional customer service
2. able to work in a fast pace medical setting
3. multi-task
4. two years medical front office experience with a busy fast pace specialty preferred
5. checking in and checking out patients
6. verifying and scanning all insurance cards
7. scanning all documents into EHR
8. Urology experience a plus or any medical speciality
9. bilingual a plus
10. regular attendance and punctuality
11. performs other duties assigned by management
12. contributes to team effort to provide the best patient care and accomplish work needed throughout the day
