As a Housekeeper, you play an important role in creating a memorable guest experience. Your attention to detail ensures every guest room and assigned public area is clean, comfortable, and beautifully presented.

You’ll have the opportunity to make a difference through the little things—from perfectly made beds and refreshed amenities to spotless bathrooms and welcoming public spaces. Your care, consistency, and commitment to excellence help make every stay feel special.

Education and Experience

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel, boutique property, or residential setting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining clean, well-presented spaces.
• Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and brand standards.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Professional appearance and service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to communicate courteously and professionally with guests and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Active position requiring extended periods of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate housekeeping carts, vacuums, and cleaning equipment.
• Ability to work with cleaning products and chemicals in accordance with safety procedures.
• Ability to maintain productivity and attention to detail throughout the shift.
• Must follow all health, safety, sanitation, security, and privacy procedures.
• Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) as applicable to job responsibilities.
