Lead a Team in One of North Texas' Most Dynamic Communities
Layne's Chicken Fingers is hiring a Shift Manager for our Frisco location. Serving one of the fastest-growing communities in North Texas, our team welcomes families, professionals, students, and visitors who expect great food and exceptional service. We're looking for a hands-on leader who can coach team members, support daily operations, and help create a positive experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
What You'll Do
- Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations
- Motivate team members to achieve performance goals
- Deliver exceptional guest service
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
- Assist with training and onboarding of new employees
- Support inventory and operational procedures
- Help create a culture focused on teamwork and accountability
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous restaurant experience required
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
