Our bartenders are the heart of the bar experience. You will bring warmth, knowledge, and energy to every guest at the bar, helping them navigate our cocktail and beverage program, make great choices, and leave feeling genuinely taken care of. What You'll Do

  • Greet and welcome guests at the bar with genuine warmth, setting the tone for their entire experience.
  • Guide guests through our cocktail, beer, and wine offerings with confidence, making thoughtful recommendations and answering questions about ingredients, preparation, and dietary needs.
  • Prepare and pour cocktails, beer, and wine accurately, consistently, and in line with recipe and portion standards.
  • Take and deliver food and drink orders accurately and in a timely manner, including for guests seated at tables.
  • Check IDs and monitor guest alcohol consumption, intervening responsibly when needed.
  • Upsell menu items naturally, focusing on what genuinely enhances the guest experience.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth, accurate order delivery.
  • Handle payments, process transactions, and manage cash accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout and after service.
  • Support your teammates and contribute to a positive, collaborative shift environment.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or bar (required).
  • Genuine hospitality instincts: friendly, approachable, and attentive without being overbearing.
  • Strong knowledge of classic and craft cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine, including preparation techniques and pairing basics.
  • Comfortable with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems.
  • Solid math skills for handling payments, making change, and managing a bar bank accurately.
  • A true team player who supports the shared work environment, including our tip pool.
  • Ability to stay organized and focused during busy service periods.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and able to stand for extended periods.

Schedule & Requirements 

  • Full-time and part-time positions available. 
  • Day and evening shifts; evenings and weekends required. 
  • Holiday availability as needed. 
  • Must be able to commute to or reside near Frisco, CO.
