Position Overview: The Digital Marketing Specialist at Florida Credit Union is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the credit union's products and services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and trends to enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and increase member engagement. Your Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, email, and the credit union's website. Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that aligns with the credit union's brand and objectives. Manage and grow the credit union's online presence through effective use of SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation in digital marketing. Ensure all digital marketing efforts comply with regulatory requirements and brand guidelines. Work closely with the IT department to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing initiatives with the credit union's technological infrastructure. Provide insights and recommendations for improving member experience through digital channels. What We're Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles. Experience with search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM). Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Experience in using social media platforms for business purposes. Preferred Skills: Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices. Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing strategies. Proficiency in using digital marketing software and tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
