POSITIONS AVAILABLE
- Registered Nurses (RN)
- Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)
- Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)
- These are remote opportunities, must have a clean MVR
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
- Assist patients with activities of daily living and personal care
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition
- Follow individualized care plans
- Provide comfort and emotional support to patients and families
- Communicate effectively with nurses, physicians, families, and care teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Follow hospice, safety, and infection-control procedures
- Respect patient dignity, privacy, preferences, and end-of-life wishes
- Appropriate license, certification, or experience for the position
- Hospice experience required
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
- Reliable, professional, and dependable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to provide respectful and empathetic care
