Title: Office Manager/Executive Assistant

Position Summary
This position is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and other Leadership staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive Directors and/or other assigned leadership staff.
- Acts as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including answering phone, drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior executive staff.
- Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.
- Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
- Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior executive staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
- Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies.
- Manage building maintenance coordination, including the management and maintenance of all office equipment.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Education/Experience
Associate’s Degree (AA) or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field required; 5 years of executive administrative experience may be substituted for education.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have advanced computer knowledge and use of Microsoft Office.

- At least five years of related experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
