This role is essential to ensuring the efficient and safe loading and unloading of freight, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting overall logistics operations. Key Responsibilities: Load and unload freight on trailers safely and efficiently Stage materials for shipment and maintain accurate inventory locations Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (training provided if needed) Perform frequent lifting, pulling, pushing, and carrying of materials Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving goals Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment QualificationsQualifications: Previous experience in a shipping/receiving or pick/pack environment is helpful Forklift experience is highly desirable but not required Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in inclement weather conditions If you're ready to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to a company that values hard work and dedication, apply today!
