Mind Body Wellness at Lifetime Family Medicine LLC in Gainesville, VA is looking for a friendly and polished Part-Time Medical Spa Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice. Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients and spa clients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Schedule and confirm appointments for medical spa services and provider consultations
- Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and manage front desk communications
- Process payments, manage patient accounts, and handle billing transactions
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and scheduling
- Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to clients
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a medical office, medical spa, or luxury spa/salon setting preferred
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with scheduling software and electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy front desk environment
- Professional appearance and a passion for the aesthetics and wellness industry
