Dental Receptionist - The Endodontic Specialists
Â
We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while helping ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our dental practice.
Our office is a fast-paced, friendly, and patient-focused environment where teamwork and excellent communication are essential. We are a growth-minded practice that values continuous improvement, professional development, and team members who are motivated to learn, contribute, and grow with us.

Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
- Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
- Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
- Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
- Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of previous dental front-office or dental receptionist experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications

The salary range for this role is $20-$25 per hour.
