The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at assigned facilities , ensuring service excellence, staff development, operational efficiency, and strong client relationships. This role serves as the primary liaison between ABM and client partners, delivering high-quality services in alignment with contract requirements while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Hours are Monday-Friday 8 AM-430 PM (There can be some flexibility in days/hours)

Pay $80,000-85,000

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain operational standards, performance metrics, and program execution across all assigned client fulfillment centers.
  • Maintain a strong client relationship through consistent communication, responsiveness and follow through.
  • Identify service gaps and implement best practices to improve operational consistency and delivery.
  • Develop leaders and team members to build capability in client expectations and service standards.
  • Partner with leaders and stakeholders to develop action plans that address service issues and resolve client escalations.
  • Support cost control efforts by monitoring operational practices and helping to identify opportunities for profitability.
  • Promote and uphold a strong safety culture by ensuring proper training and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) in accordance with client contractual requirements.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in management in a fast paced, large team setting (100+ people.).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
