Job DetailsJob Location: Anakeesta - Gatlinburg, TN 37738Salary Range: $18.00Job Summary  Join the Anakeesta team as a Baker/ Prep Cook, where you’ll create delicious baked goods for our dining venues, including pastries, breads, desserts, and specialty items. You’ll help maintain high-quality standards, support daily kitchen operations, and delight guests with fresh, beautifully presented baked products.  Your Responsibilities  Prepare and bake a variety of items according to recipes, quality standards, and production schedules.  Decorate and finish baked goods for presentation and service.  Monitor product quality, freshness, and consistency.  Assist with inventory management, ingredient preparation, and storage.  Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines in all production areas.  Collaborate with kitchen and F&B staff to ensure timely delivery of baked goods to outlets.  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.  Track production needs and communicate supply requirements to supervisors.  Assist with special orders, seasonal items, and catering events.  Perform other duties as assigned to support bakery and kitchen operations.  Perks of Working with Us  Competitive pay  Paid time off  Medical, dental, and vision insurance  Employee discounts on food and merchandise  Free admission for employees and immediate family  Generous pass exchange program with area attractions  About Us  Anakeesta is a mountaintop adventure park in Gatlinburg, TN, offering unforgettable dining and outdoor experiences. We are committed to creating a supportive, safe, and growth-oriented workplace for our team.  "Be a Breath of Fresh Air" Qualifications Previous bakery or pastry experience preferred.  Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.  Willing to attend Serv-Safe class to obtain certification  Ability to follow recipes, measure ingredients accurately, and maintain consistency.  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.  Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.  Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.  Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
