As a Sr R&O Maintenance Analyst Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead and oversee the reliability and operational maintenance analysis activities to ensure optimal performance and reliability of equipment and systems. You will supervise a team of analysts, drive continuous improvement initiatives and support maintenance strategies that enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime.

You will report directly to our Sr R&O Maintenance Manager, and you’ll work out of our Geismar, LA location.

In this role, you will impact the reliability and availability of critical assets, contributing significantly to operational excellence and cost savings. Your leadership will help build a strong team focused on data-driven maintenance strategies and reliability improvements.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and supervise a team of reliability and operations maintenance analysts to deliver actionable insights.
  • Develop and implement maintenance analysis methodologies to improve asset reliability and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support maintenance planning and execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in maintenance activities.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Proven experience in reliability and operations maintenance analysis or related roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Expertise in maintenance data analysis, reliability engineering principles, and predictive maintenance techniques.
  • Proficiency with maintenance management systems and analytical tools.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Maintenance Management, or related field.
  • Experience in supervising teams and driving maintenance reliability improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in maintenance and reliability engineering.

COMPENSATION

The annual base salary range for this position is$105352k-$131690k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice Advanced Materials considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities or the position, the candidate's work experience education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
