Job Summary
Pegatron Technologies is seeking a skilled and dependable Facility Maintenance Technician to join our operations team. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and cleanliness of our facilities through routine maintenance, repairs and inspections. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and proactive approach to problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and infrastructure to identify facility systems or equipment
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized services
  • Assist with facility upgrades and renovation as needed
  • Support custodial and groundskeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED; technical certification preferred
  • 2 + years of experience in facility maintenance or a related field
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Ability to read blue prints, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various conditions
  • Fork lift certified
  • Valid driver license
