Lone Star Circle of Care is a non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to providing high-quality health care to patients in Central Texas. • All employees start with 20 days of vacation per year, which increases in increments with tenure. We also provide 3 days of personal leave, 6 days of sick leave, and 7 days of holiday leave per year.
• Annual stipend and 5 paid days off for continuing education.
• Reimbursement of provider's professional licensing fee and annual membership dues to their professional organization, once an established provider with LSCC.
• Eligible for student loan repayment through external federal and state loan repayment programs.

Qualifications:

You are a board-certified OB/GYN who is passionate about working with the underserved population and those who may be experiencing significant barriers to care.  You want to grow a practice where you get to decide the plan of care.

• Mission focused and passionate about improving access to quality healthcare.
• Proactive and thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Comfortable working independently in a group setting while also seeking support and consultation from colleagues.
• Ability to interact and collaborate with community partners and emergency medical/psychiatric service providers to ensure patient safety, including whether a patient needs a higher level of care.
• Possesses computer/technology skills to efficiently document using an electronic health record and conduct telemedicine visits, as well as communicating/meeting with colleagues virtually.
