Now Hiring: Associate Maintenance Technician | 3rd Shift
Shift/Schedule: AWS 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM  
Pay: Base Rate + Shift Differential = $27.50/ hr.  (+ based on experience)

Position Overview:

The Associate Maintenance Technician performs basic repairs and routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment while building technical skills under supervision.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and support repairs
  • Help conduct equipment trial runs and ensure proper operation
  • Report equipment issues and safety concerns
  • Maintain tools, parts inventory, and accurate work logs
  • Support team efforts to minimize downtime
  • Follow safety standards and GMP guidelines
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Perform other duties as assigned
