What You'll Do
Job Summary
The Lead RBT provides hands-on clinical support, mentorship, and leadership to BTs/RBTs while delivering high-quality ABA services to clients. This role works closely with the BCBA, Clinical Director, and Clinic Manager to support staff, maintain smooth clinic operations, and help clients make meaningful progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA services and maintain an assigned client caseload.
- Implement treatment plans under the direction of the supervising BCBA.
- Train, mentor, and support new and existing BTs/RBTs, including shadow sessions and session note reviews.
- Provide behavioral support and guidance to BTs/RBTs during client sessions.
- Ensure staff follow expectations for session notes, data collection, and treatment implementation.
- Assist with scheduling and provide session coverage as needed.
- Support the Clinical Director and Clinic Manager with daily clinic operations.
- Assist with client materials and weekly curriculum as directed.
- Participate in team and professional meetings as needed.
- Assist with opening and/or closing the clinic.

What We're Looking For
- Active RBT certification.
- At least 1 year of RBT experience preferred.
- Leadership, training, or mentoring experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and support team members.
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and clinical best practices.
- Reliable, organized, and flexible in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
