About the Role

As the first point of contact for our clinics, the Medical Scheduling Specialist plays a vital role in creating a positive patient experience. You’ll be the welcoming voice on the phone  — connecting patients with the care they need.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by phone 
  • Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
  • Serve as a vital link between patients and clinical staff
  • Collaborate with providers and team members to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Maintain organized and accurate patient information

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to outstanding patient care.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Medical office experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities
