Summary

Advanced Technology Systems Company (ATSC) is seeking a Program Coordinator for our CTSE program. The Program Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, analysis, tracking, and execution of activities for a complex federal technical program. Reports directly to the Program Manager. 

The position serves as a central coordination point among Program Management, Engineering, Field Service, Logistics, Contracts, Quality, Procurement, Finance, subcontractors, Government customers, and other program stakeholders.

The Program Coordinator maintains awareness of program status, schedules, deliverables, risks, issues, performance data, and reporting requirements; identifies items requiring attention; and provides accurate and timely information to support program leadership and customer requirements.

This role reports into the Program Manager and works in direct coordination with Engineering, Field Service, Logistics, Contracts, Quality, Procurement, Finance, subcontractors, Government customers, and other program stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support program planning, coordination, tracking, analysis, and execution activities. 
  • Coordinate program information and actions across internal teams, subcontractors, and Government stakeholders. 
  • Track schedules, milestones, action items, risks, issues, corrective actions, and contractual deliverables. 
  • Collect, review, validate, and analyze program, operational, sustainment, and performance data. 
  • Prepare reports, executive summaries, briefings, dashboards, presentations, and customer-facing status updates. 
  • Support contractual and customer reporting requirements, including CDRLs, data calls, and applicable PWS/SOW requirements. 
  • Coordinate program meetings and reviews, including supporting materials, action-item tracking, and follow-up. 
  • Identify data discrepancies, overdue actions, recurring issues, emerging risks, and potential program impacts and elevate them to program leadership. 
  • Coordinate technical, logistics, repair, sustainment, and other program issues with responsible functional organizations through resolution. 
  • Support process improvements that increase program visibility, reporting accuracy, accountability, and efficiency. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Relevant professional experience in program, project, technical, logistics, sustainment, operations, or Government-contract support. 
  • Experience coordinating activities across multiple teams and stakeholders. 
  • Experience collecting, reviewing, analyzing, and reporting program or operational data. 
  • Experience developing reports, presentations, trackers, dashboards, or management briefing materials. 
  • Strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams. 
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required DHS/CBP suitability, background investigation, and facility/system access. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or bachelor’s degree in Business, Program/Project Management, Logistics, Engineering Management, or a related field. 
  • Experience supporting DHS, CBP, DoD, or other federal Government programs. 
  • Experience in a Government contracting environment supporting PWS/SOW requirements, CDRLs, schedules, or other program-control requirements. 
  • Experience with sustainment, logistics, operational-performance analysis, risk tracking, or management reporting. 
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. 

Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • This position is performed primarily in a professional office environment and requires regular in-office attendance during established work hours.
  • The employee will routinely collaborate in person and through approved communication systems with Program Management, Engineering, Field Service, Logistics, Contracts, Quality, Procurement, Finance, subcontractors, Government customers, and other program stakeholders.
  • The position requires extended periods of computer use and routine use of Microsoft Office, program-management applications, Government systems, collaboration tools, and other business software.
  • Occasional travel may be required to support customer meetings, Program Management Reviews, conferences, program reviews, field activities, or other program requirements.
