Onboarding Coordinator

Acenda Integrated Health is recruiting a Human Resources Operations Coordinator in Glassboro, New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • ​Maintain program-specific compliance requirements for workforce members for onboarding and regulatory purposes. 

  • Conduct monthly personnel file audits with a minimum compliance rate of 95%.  

  • Submit monthly personnel file audit Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).  

  • Provide employment verification and compensation information in accordance with agency policy.  

  • Collect, review, and upload all required onboarding documentation.  

  • Verify employment eligibility through completion of the Form I-9 process.  

  • Ensure current professional licenses are maintained for applicable positions.  

  • Responsible for HR Operations such as team projects, initiatives, weekly and/or monthly deliverables and team coverage of recruiting, onboarding, benefits, absence and meeting management.

  • Respond to HR inquiries while providing excellent customer service to workforce members, supervisors, vendors, clients, and visitors.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.   

Requirements:  

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • One (1) to three (3) years of administrative and/or Human Resources experience preferred.

  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), preferably Workday.

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team in a diverse and inclusive environment.

  • Proficiency in computer applications, data entry, and record management.

  • Ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods and perform repetitive hand and finger movements.

  • Ability to move throughout the workplace and occasionally lift, carry, push, or move objects weighing up to 20 pounds.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees, candidates, and stakeholders to exchange information.

  • Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle as required.

Additional Information:

  • Base rate: $25 - $27 per hour

  • Bilingual Rate: An additional $1.50/hourly rate added to the base pay if Spanish proficient.

  • Schedule: 20 hours weekly
