How you'll make an impact in this role

• Guide the adoption and evaluation activities for physician clinic practice sites to identify non-standard or non-compliant workflows and information gaps.
• Assess current system issues and provide training to leverage electronic medical record functionality that supports practice standards and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with the local leadership and physician clinic practice leadership to enhance the training experience and identify adoption and optimization strategies in order to achieve expected outcomes.
• Provide ongoing electronic medical record application upgrades or new feature training to the physician practices and new associate training.
• Develop and maintains positive working relationships with practice users to ensure optimal utilization of clinical applications.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional requirements you'll need

• 40 hours a week | M-F | Hours vary between 7 AM - 7 PM depending on clinic needs | 8 hour shifts | No weekends or holidays 
• Personal vehicle, valid driver's license and willingness to travel required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Epic Front-End Revenue Cycle experience, In-depth knowledge and understanding of insurance plans and benefits; and Willingness to investigate claim denials, including root cause analysis
