About the Role:
Project New Generation LLC is looking for a driven and compassionate Business Development Manager (LPN) to join our growing team in Glendale, AZ. This unique role blends clinical knowledge with business acumen, giving you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while expanding our reach in the healthcare community. Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the organization's client base and referral network
- Leverage LPN clinical expertise to build credibility and trust with healthcare providers, facilities, and community partners
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, physicians, and skilled nursing facilities
- Represent the company at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Track and report on business development activities, pipeline progress, and growth metrics
- Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to meet organizational growth goals
Requirements:
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Arizona
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or marketing within a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting professional relationships
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in the field
- Knowledge of healthcare referral processes and the local Glendale/Phoenix metro market a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic reporting software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel
