Job Summary:
ECI Comfort is growing, and we're looking for an exceptional HVAC Installation Manager to lead an already talented team of installers. This isn't a department that needs to be rescued; it’s one looking for leadership. It's a department with a strong foundation that is ready for its next level of leadership. We're looking for someone who enjoys developing people, improving systems, raising standards, and creating an installation experience that customers remember for all the right reasons. You'll lead our installation department from the moment a job is sold through completion while helping improve efficiency, quality, training, communication, and operational excellence. You'll also oversee the warehouse and material flow to ensure your team has everything they need to succeed, but your primary responsibility is leading people and building a world-class installation department.
