We are looking for a proven Automotive Collision Technician / Auto Body Technician who can step into a busy shop, produce quality repairs, and become an important part of our team. You should have: 5+ years of professional collision/body repair experience Strong structural and non-structural repair skills Experience with panel replacement and repair Welding and metal repair experience Dent repair and panel alignment skills Vehicle disassembly and reassembly experience Ability to read and understand estimates and repair plans Strong understanding of proper collision repair procedures Ability to identify additional damage during the repair process Your own professional tools A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record Most importantly, you need to take pride in your work and care about putting vehicles back together the RIGHT way. WHAT YOU’LL DO Perform high-quality collision repairs according to manufacturer and industry standards. Complete structural and non-structural repairs. Repair and replace damaged panels and components. Perform welding, metal work, dent repair, and panel alignment. Disassemble and reassemble vehicles as required. Review repair plans and identify additional damage. Communicate with estimators, parts personnel, painters, and management to keep vehicles moving through production.
