Job Summary

Initial point of contact for all parties, including agents and clients, for the preparation of a real estate closing.

General Accountabilities

Requests all the documents necessary to conduct closing according to contract terms.
Determines and verifies correct amounts due on mortgages, taxes and other liens.
Obtains Attorney approval for legal documents related to the transaction.
Schedules closing appointments.
The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
