An innovative company with proven experience in creating exciting new products that redefine what is possible in the food and beverage manufacturing industry.聽 Position Opportunity聽 The processing technician position was designed to ensure products are supplied to the production line. This position is responsible for the creation of batches, checking paperwork, and adhering to quality standards.聽 Essential Duties/Responsibilities聽 路聽聽 聽Know how to read formula cards, print formulas, and create formulas. 聽 路聽聽 聽Follow GMP鈥檚 (Good Manufacturing Practices) 聽 路聽聽 聽Sign in and do inspections of cream tank trucks, liquid corn, and high fructose trucks as they arrive. 聽 路聽聽 聽Understand how to mix batches properly. 聽 路聽聽 聽Verify all the raw materials needed for formulas and check the lot numbers. 聽 路聽聽 聽Reconfigure piping structures as needed for pump overs. 聽 路聽聽 聽Know how to perform CIP including verification of cleaning chemicals. 聽 路聽聽 聽Know how to open valves and release a batch to the line. 聽 路聽聽 聽Check the details on the temperature chart: look for start time, pump over time, and stop time. 聽 路聽聽 聽Know the difference between the hot water uses whether for a batch or hot water through the pipes. 聽 路聽聽 聽Will be exposed to non-climate control areas (hot and cold areas)聽 聽 Qualifications
