Job DetailsJob Location: Grand Coulee - Grand Coulee, WA 99133Salary Range: $46.47 - $72.02 HourlyCMC is seeking a Surgery Lead RN to join our Surgical Services team! The Surgery Lead RN provides high-quality, patient-centered nursing care; while addressing the psychosocial, physical, and clinical needs of patients within the surgical environment and functions across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative settings. This role collaborates closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and the interdisciplinary care team to promote safe, efficient, and effective patient care. In addition to the responsibilities of a Surgery RN, the Lead RN provides day-to-day operational leadership for Surgical Services, coordinates staffing and workflow, supports quality and regulatory initiatives, and serves as a clinical resource for staff, providers, and leadership. The Surgery Lead RN is expected to demonstrate strong clinical judgment, leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. This position serves as a role model for professional nursing practice while balancing direct patient care responsibilities with the operational needs of the department. Apply today!   Qualifications: Must have a current Washington State RN license. In addition, BLS, ACLS, PALS & NRP certifications is also required. If not certified, certification will be obtained within one year of hire date.    Experience Requirements:  2 - 3 years' experience as a in a nursing leadership, supervisory, or charge position Background in precepting/training/mentoring staff 2 - 3 years' previous clinical experience in a hospital setting Adult education experience preferred   BONUS DETAILS – SIGN-ON & RETENTION: $5,000 Sign-on Bonus (paid upon hire) $2,500 1-year Retention Bonus $2,500 2-year Retention Bonus   $3.50/hr. night differential/$2.50/hr. weekend differential   *Any person who has been employed with Coulee Medical Center in the last 24 months is not eligible to receive recruitment related sign-on and/or retention bonuses   Benefits/SalaryBenefits Include: Medical, Dental, and Vision, 403(b) with a maximum match of 5% (match depends on years of service), Employer paid life insurance, Employer paid Long-Term Disability, Health Flex Spending Account (HFSA), Day Care Flex Spending Account (DFSA), EAP, Earned Leave accrual (.071153846/hr) & Paid Sick Leave accrual (.025/hr).    Pay/Grade Range: The pay grade range for this position has been finalized for the facility according to an evaluation of the roles’ duties and requirements.
