CareLinc is looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Compliance Manager to join our team!

What You’ll Do
In this key role, you’ll:
- Manage CareLinc’s internal audit and quality improvement processes.
- Coordinate and conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of the company’s quality management program.
- Maintain the audit schedule and ensure audits are completed, documented, and communicated appropriately.
- Track audit findings, corrective actions, remediation plans, and quality improvement initiatives through completion.
- Support CareLinc’s Compliance Program by developing monitoring activities, controls, documentation, and follow-up processes.
- Identify compliance risks, control gaps, recurring audit issues, and emerging trends, and communicate findings to leadership.
- Coordinate corrective actions related to noncompliance, policy deviations, and audit findings, ensuring appropriate follow-up and resolution.
- Monitor customer and employee outcomes related to compliance and quality and report activities and results to leadership.
- Lead and manage the company’s equipment recall process.
- Stay current on regulatory updates and industry best practices and recommend appropriate policy, workflow, audit, or training updates.
- Partner with the Education Manager to identify and address training needs resulting from audits, regulatory changes, quality trends, and corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate and organized compliance, audit, quality, and corrective-action records.
- Lead, coach, and support assigned team members while partnering with leadership to drive performance improvement and accountability.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, quality, internal auditing, healthcare operations, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, internal auditing, quality improvement, and corrective-action processes.
- Working knowledge of applicable federal and state requirements, including HIPAA, OSHA, CMS, and ACHC requirements, preferred.
- Previous leadership experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across departments.
- Ability to interpret policies, procedures, regulations, and other technical information.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%, including occasional overnight stays.
