About the Position

Responsibilities
- Prepare walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and other surfaces for painting
- Patch holes, sand, caulk, and perform other necessary surface preparation
- Apply paint, primer, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Protect floors, furniture, fixtures, and other areas from paint and damage
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow project specifications and maintain high-quality standards
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Complete projects safely and within established timelines
Qualifications
- Previous interior painting experience preferred
- Knowledge of painting techniques and surface preparation
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to safely use ladders and painting equipment
- Professional attitude and good customer-service skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
