The Roof Runner group provides builders with rental/leased/purchased equipment and technical expertise on that equipment. This equipment and expertise is vital to ensuring our builders properly seam our roof panels.Â
Â
The Roof Runner Operations manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the department. This includes, but is not limited to safety, budget, inventory, billing, shipping and other day to day functions.Â
Â
In addition, the roof runner operations manager is responsible for the facility maintenance functions of the Grandview office, including yard, building, and general maintenance.Â
Â
Job Duties
- Ensure safe operation and proper safety training for employeesÂ
- Manage roof runner lease programÂ
- Oversee and assist with order processing including initiation of lease agreementsÂ
- Monitor and track budgetÂ
- Provide technical support within the company and to outside builders/erectorsÂ
- Maintain inventory levels for lease equipment and spare partsÂ
- Oversee day to day operations and manage roof runner employeesÂ
Education & Experience
Minimum:Â
2-years metal building experienceÂ
1-year management experienceÂ
Knowledge of CompassÂ
Knowledge of Microsoft office and Excel work bookÂ
Competent with Compass and order processingÂ
Â
Â
Preferred:Â
2 or 4-year technical degreeÂ
Mechanical experienceÂ
Butler Product knowledgeÂ
Machine shop experienceÂ
