Position Summary
The purpose of this position is to manage the daily sorting, processing, and distribution of data recorded from the alcohol monitoring devices and associated data management system, to monitoring authorities in accordance with applicable requirements for assigned jurisdictions. Outstanding mindsets in customer service, are key for success in this role. The CRS II will report to the Compliance Supervisor where work is closely managed. The CRS II will also work on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.
Responsibilities
- Strong understanding in the collection, interpretation, analysis, and dissemination of client data enabling accurate and efficient responses to monitoring authorities and client questions or requests.
- Ensure efficiency and accuracy in utilizing various company databases to maintain client files while protecting the integrity of data dissemination in accordance with jurisdictional requirements.
- Ensure the accurate & timely submission of all required reports utilizing our data management system, according to department protocols.
- Support the department with the review of daily data transmission to individual monitoring authorities as assigned.
- Review for exact and precise data content, format, delivery methods and periodicity.
- Conduct a follow up process in correcting and transmitting all data within jurisdictional requirements.
- Handle inbound calls accurately and effectively, providing top tier customer service.
- Manage correspondence efficiently and respond to inquiries accurately and on time.
- Provide support and training to monitoring authorities in relation to new reports and system changes as required or requested.
- Maintain a cooperative relationship with customers including end users, and monitoring authorities.
- Meet or exceed all deadlines accordingly.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or the equivalent.
- Customer service experience required (1+ years).
- Attention to detail.
- Competent oral and written communication skills.
- Adaptability and resourceful thinking for potentially challenging or stressful situations.
- Skilled in computer services, including Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new proprietary systems.
- Capable in analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
