About the Role
IPME Corp is an industrial installation construction company with active projects across the United States. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Construction Project Assistant to support our project management team — both in the office and on site. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys hands-on work, and is eager to contribute to industrial construction projects from ramp-up through closeout.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with project documentation, reports, and punch lists
- Coordinate with the office and Site Leads on material and equipment orders and pickups
- Maintain and organize tools and equipment; ensure cleanliness and readiness
- Support job site ramp-up activities and final punch list execution
- Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Assist with company errands and day-to-day logistics
- Maintain company vehicles — detailing, scheduling maintenance, and tracking
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
- Travel to job sites as needed to provide hands-on support and oversight
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Technically inclined with the ability to understand construction processes and terminology
- Safety-minded with a commitment to maintaining a hazard-free work environment
- Willingness to travel regularly to job sites with overnight stays as needed
- Ability to lift and carry materials and tools as needed
- Valid driver's license
