About the Role

IPME Corp is an industrial installation construction company with active projects across the United States. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Construction Project Assistant to support our project management team — both in the office and on site. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys hands-on work, and is eager to contribute to industrial construction projects from ramp-up through closeout.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with project documentation, reports, and punch lists
  • Coordinate with the office and Site Leads on material and equipment orders and pickups
  • Maintain and organize tools and equipment; ensure cleanliness and readiness
  • Support job site ramp-up activities and final punch list execution
  • Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Assist with company errands and day-to-day logistics
  • Maintain company vehicles — detailing, scheduling maintenance, and tracking
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
  • Travel to job sites as needed to provide hands-on support and oversight


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Technically inclined with the ability to understand construction processes and terminology
  • Safety-minded with a commitment to maintaining a hazard-free work environment
  • Willingness to travel regularly to job sites with overnight stays as needed
  • Ability to lift and carry materials and tools as needed
  • Valid driver's license
